By accessing and using Glint, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the site. Your continued use of Glint constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Glint for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

To access certain features of Glint, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any harm resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Glint.

You retain all rights to content you upload or provide to Glint, including resumes and job advertisements.

By uploading content to Glint, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and analyze that content solely to provide the Glint service to you.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the right to share all content you upload, and that such content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

You are solely responsible for the content you provide. We are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from your use or misuse of content shared through Glint.

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm others through Glint.

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Glint's systems or networks.

• Use Glint for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

• Interfere with the normal operation of Glint or any services connected to Glint.

• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access or extract data from Glint without permission.

• Attempt to circumvent any security measures.

Glint and its owners, managers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use Glint.

The materials on Glint are provided on an 'as-is' basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Glint makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Your use of Glint is at your own risk. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of content.

Glint is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Analysis and scores provided by Glint are tools to assist in resume optimization. They are not guarantees of interview success, job offers, or hiring outcomes.

We do not warrant that results obtained from Glint will meet your expectations or that defects in the service will be corrected.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glint and its owners, managers, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, damages, or cost (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these terms, your use of Glint, or your infringement of any intellectual property right.

Glint reserves the right to terminate your account and access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

Reasons for termination may include violation of these terms, illegal activity, or abuse of the service.

Upon termination, your right to use Glint immediately ceases. Data associated with your account will be deleted according to our privacy policy.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Glint operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Glint regarding your use of the service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
